Just done the Cardiff half marathon. Now im feeling even worse than that. Legs cramping, spams and pretty much agony. Walking isnt going to be an option for a while.

Managed to raise about £200 for charity though in just over 1hr 30 mins.

That's even more impressive than your Swansea run. it's basically 2 10K's back to back in 43 mins each. You are leaving most people in the club in your wake. What's the secret ? :wink:

I'm doing the Torfaen half this Sunday. If I can break 1-40 I'll be well pleased.

Nice going String - congratulations, really good effort..
