What I'd like to know is, are these players playing for next season's places or have we signed them already? I'd love to know who (if any) we've retained for next season's campaign.
I would hope that they will put in that little extra from now on in, as some of them need to ensure that they will have a premier division club to play for next season. If they aren't seen to be putting the effort in on the field, if we don't retain them, what team in this division is going to want them knowing that they were getting shoved all over the park for us this season?
