As you are probably aware, EXP has been chosen to host the semi final between Merthyr and Pontypool this Saturday.
This is a great opportunity and will assist the club with much needed funds. It will also show our willingness and capability to handle such a large event.
The crowd is likely to be considerable and Alan has e mailed seeking assistance.
We managed to run last weeks plate semi with a very small number of volunteers but Saturday is a different matter completely and all eyes willl be on the club.
If anyone is able to assist please do so. A briefing will be provided at 3.15pm and there are lots of volunteers required.
