Just like to say well done to MJV aka 'The Crusader' for running in the Swansea Bay 10K road race on the weekend.
We both managed a full 10K with an official race entry of 3000 runners.
(Oh and i managed to raise about £130 in the process via sponsors for the 1st Responder group!!)

I didn't see you on route, unless that was one of you pace making for the Kenyans.
